The founder of The Mental Health Coach Ltd (Paul Lefever) is an award winning, established, respected registered mental health nurse with executive coach experience and ex-serving soldier. Paul has developed a wealth of expertise supporting people experiencing psychological trauma and related psychological conditions. Paul has also been the founder and director of two national mental health rehabilitation charities and is currently a subject matter expert for a number of UK and international business. Paul has extensive experience in designing and implementing mental health and related policies and procedures, strategic business plans and strategies both in the UK and Internationally.
Over the years the Mental Health Coach Ltd has expanded its service capabilities and commissioned the services of other like minded mental health practitioners who have extensive experience working with children and adolescents, adults and families across a range of settings throughout the UK and overseas in South Africa, the Middle East, Canada and the Middle East. Our team have worked with government departments and agencies, businesses, and both statutory and non-statutory services.
We also work closely with a number of senior lecturers in mental health nursing who have experience in teaching, training and mentorship. More recently we joined forces with another mental health organisation to develop our trauma informed training protocols which focuses on providing specialist psychological trauma, traumatic bereavement and crisis response work.
